Good Luck – Samstags 27 * 22 – Viel Glück

Nach drei Jahren blieb mir nur, viel Glück zu wünschen. Hebed eu Sorg! Und jetzt suche ich s Drömli, damit ich im Feriengefühl Fuss fassen kann. Auf der Suche nach einem Fotosujet für den heutigen Samstagsplausch sind mir dann diese Schönheiten ins Auge gestochen. Zum Glück, bald hätten die Vögel geerntet, was ich jetzt zu einem wunderbaren Gelee verkochen werde.

After three intenisve years with class, the only thing I could do was saying good luck, take care. And now I am a bit restless and don’t know what to do with all the free time laying ahead of me. I feel tired and agitated at the same time. Anyway, I was walking around the house, looking for a a picture I could take. And voilà: I’ve found these beauties ready to pick and turn into jam before the birds would find them.

Hobbies – 6/52 Fotoreise – Sonntagsfreude

Martin lädt auf der Fotoreise diese Woche zum Thema „Hobby“ ein.

Wer meinen Blog liest, weiss, dass ich alles liebe, was mit der Hände Arbeit zu tun hat. Heute nehme ich euch aber in meinen Garten mit, wo vieles wächst, auch wenn ich meine Hände nicht brauche. Durch die Kraft der Natur und den Segen des Himmels.

Heute darf ich ernten: Rosenblätter, Johannis- und Stachelbeeren. Und etwas später im Nachmittag dann Kirschen. Welche Freude.

As my readers know I have many hobbies in which my hands are involved. I love to create, to craft, to plant. Not everything I plant can be harvested. However, some things I don’t plant can be harvested. These fruits have not grown due to my caring or labour. They have grown through the power of nature and the blessings from above.

I’m harvesting today: currants, gooseberries, and rose petals. Later I’m going to climbe the ladder and pick some cherries. What joy!
