After I had come across the Northern Exposure sweater, Iordered yarn last week, and it arrived quickly. The yarn is so soft and beautiful that I couldn’t wait for the ski break to start knitting. I casted on immediately.
I always felt a bit uncertain and checked the pattern several times but didn’t understand what was wrong with my knitting until I set aside the stiches for the slveeves. Well, I think it is not bad. However, I may just order another load of yarn and knit the REAL Nothern Exposer.
Wo ist der Fehler? Gibt es überhaupt einen? Wenn die Maschen dicht auf der Rundstricknadel sitzen, ist es schwierig zu erkennen, wie sich ein Pullover entwickelt. Nun, als ich die Maschen für die Ämel still legen musste, merkte ich endlich, wo der Fehler liegt.
Nicht so schlimm. Der Pullover wird auch so schön. Aber ich werde wohl noch einmal Wolle bestellen und den wahren Northern Exposure stricken.
Heute Nachmittag, während es draussen hudelt, sitze ich gemütlich in der Stube und verstricke die nächsten zwei Knäuel.
