Zur Abwechslung habe ich mal wieder zur Häkelnadel gegriffen, nachdem der Schleifenschal „Miss Winkle“ bei der Empfängerin angekommen ist. Socken und roter Pullover ruhen auch. In der bunten Maxima-Bravo-Kiste liegen alle Farben, um diese Streifendecke abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Bei jeder Reihe muss ich zuerst prüfuen, welche Farbe ich nehme. Nun, vielleicht kommt das Werk am Schluss ein bisschen gar knallig daher. Wir werden sehen. Ein paar neue Dinge habe ich auch gelern: Sternenstich, Kathrinrad zum Beispiel, was die Häkeldecke ebenfalls interessant macht. Ach ja, ich habe das Muster mit Bildern ausgedruckt, was einen dünnen Ordner füllt. Aber dafür bleibt keine Frage offen. Ich muss nur aufpassen, dass die Maschenzahl bei 121 bleibt.
Die Decke hat grosses Suchtpotenzial. Sie ruft beständig: „Noch eine, noch eine!“
Ich habe ich schon erwähnt, dass ich mich auf die Ferien freue! Huff, ich bin sooooo müde und schleppe mich noch durch die verbleibenden Tage bis zum Wochenende.
I’m happily hooking again after finishing the Miss Winkle shawl. The red pullover is resting … for a while longer. I have so many colourful balls of yarn that will make a lovely as-we-go-stripey-afghan I hope. I’ve learnt something new like the star stitch and the Catherine Wheel. When I printed out the pattern it filled a whole binder as pefectly shown are the rows. There are many pictures too so no question remains unanswered. Only thing I have to do is counting the stitches after a few rows.
This blanket is pretty addictive. It calls: „One more, one more, one more.“

Beautiful use of color and pattern. What a great idea to use up lots of bits of color and to try out patterns. I usually try new a patterns to make hot pads but your afghan might convince me otherwise. Can’t wait to see it all finished. You do beautiful work Regula.
I’ve done 25 rows so far. 75 or so to go. I’m so glad I have a break now, which gives me time to just be and crochet. 🙂 I already did some weeding today. Good night!

It’s quite easy to follow the pattern. I wish I had an i-pad. I wouldn’t have to print out the pattern. With pictures it’s so many sheets of paper. But worth it!

interessantes Häkelmuster, der Anfang sieht jetzt schon ganz toll aus.
Als erste Idee dazu kamen mir kleine Armstulpen in den Sinn – nicht zu lang und schön bunt, so als Frühlingsfarbtupfer, das sieht bestimmt chic aus.
Ich wünsche dir eine nicht so anstrengende restliche Woche und natürlich schöne Ferien.

This is fantastic. I have saved the pattern and cannot wait to try this. Yours is beautiful so far. I have been working on too many projects at one time – but crochet hooky has been a prayer shawl.
