Nein, heute falte ich weder Papier, noch stricke ich ein paar Nadeln. Heute wird auch nicht genäht oder im Garten gearbeitet. Ich trockne keine Äpfel, backe keinen Kuchen und koche keine Konfitüre. Die Nüsse bleiben liegen, der Wäscheberg auch. Egal, niemand kontrolliert und macht mir Beine. Heute sind Schule und Kurs angesagt.
Aber dann gehts im Endspurt Richtung Ferien und haufenweise Zeit für Handarbeiten (und die liegengebliebene Arbeit).
No, not today! No time for knitting or folding paper. I do not sew nor work in the garden. I neither dry apples nor bake cake. The nuts must wait as must the laundery piles. So happy, they don’t have a deadline. I’m in school today and attending a course in the afternoon. Hopefully, it’s fun nontheless.
But afterwards I’m head over heals into fall break and lots of time for handcrafts (and chores still due).
