Monday – Mandala – Montag

Please forgive me for being a bit lazy today. I’m totally mixed up with the days. There have been so many Sundays lately that I didn’t recognize until late last night that tomorrow would be Monday already, another special day: My husband’s birthday. 

 Anyway, I have already have some ideas for the next mandala. And if time will be tight again, I will show you the snowman I built two days ago. This would be a necrology, kind of, because the poor guy’s already melted away in the sun. 

For today’s mandala: buttons! These purly buttons were in the mail the other day. I had ordered them and was very curious how the would look like. Quite nice I think although the dim light doesn’t do them justice.

Bitte entschuldigt meine Faulheit, was das heutige Montagsmandala anbelangt. Die Wochentage sind mir total durcheinander geraten, weil soviele Sonntage waren. Erst gestern Abend hatte ich realisiert, dass morgen ja  schon wieder Montag sein würde. Immerhin habe ich fürs nächste Mandala ein paar Ideen. Und falls ich wider Erwarten keine Zeit finde, um eines zu legen, zeige ich euch den Schneemann, den ich vorgestern gerollt habe. Sozusagen als Nekrolog, denn der arme Kerl ist  in der Sonne schon wieder geschmolzen.

Heute also Knöpfe. Diese kamen mit der Post und entsprechen ziemlich meiner Vorstellung. Da das Licht wegen Nebels zur Zeit grad gräulich ist, kommt die Maserung auf dem Foto allerdings nicht schön zur Geltung.
