Do you like my Christmas decoration?

Er heisst Hermie Monster, und ist eine ziemlich nette Person, wenn man ihn ein bisschen länger kennt. Er hofft, bis Ende Jahr eine liebe Frau gefunden zu haben. In der Zwischenzeit wünscht er allen Leserinnen und Lesern frohe Festtage!

May I introduce: Hermie Monster. He is quite a lovely person if you know him a bit longer. He likes Christmas decorations a lot. He hopes to find a nice spouse by the end of the year. Meanwhile he wishes Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all of you, you wonderful followers! 

Friede, Freude, Eierkuchen. Es ist mir fast zuviel. Deshalb wohl mein Bedürfnis nach einem sauberen Mord. Will heissen, heute Abend eine Folge „Ein Fall für zwei“ zu schauen. Deshalb wohl habe ich wohl genau heute ein Monster gestrickt. Das Muster ist von Ravelry „Groovy Monster„. Es ist in zwei Teilen gestrickt, zusammengenäht und gestopft. Ich habe festgestellt, dass ich die Beine auch etwas länger, die Arme etwas kürzer und den Kopf zwei Reihen grösser stricken könnte.

There might be a bit too much of happy and shiny stories for my taste. Therefore a neat crime story is on tonight’s programme. „Ein Fall für zwei“ with Detective Matula is just what I need in times like these. The glitter on the Christmas tree needed a bit of a groovy touch. „Groovy Monster„, a free Ravelry pattern, came along at the perfect moment. It’s knitted in two pieces, sewn together and stuffed. I see that I could have made the legs a bit longer, the arms a bit shorter and the head two rows bigger.
